Several chips went successfully to certification and mass production. • Architected complete RF transceivers (TX, RX, SX from high level definition down to block specifications and block transistor implementation definitions) including all necessary mixed signal calibrations for making the transceiver working (calibrations : IQ, LO leakage, DC offset, RC) • Designed RF analog circuits in deep submicron CMOS (VCO’s, LNA, mixers, LO chain, Baseband filters) • Very thoughrough CMOS IP design methodology for SoC integration and high yield manufacturing • Involved in complete Wireless system (RF+ BBPHY) optimization/certification
