About David Egan

Youth pastor of a youth ministry consisting of around 20 students. Developed and implemented a new branding of the ministry. Performing all duties of a pastor including sermon preparation, water baptism, communion, activity organization, administrative duties including developing a calendar and a budget, relationship building, leadership development, and creative brainstorming. Have worked with Fine Arts Festival on a district level as well as a local church level. Currently in the process of working with local area youth pastors of smaller youth ministries to coordinate a once a month larger gathering of students via combination of smaller ministries. Interested in anything and everything youth ministry related. Some worship team experience including guitar and voice. I have also done a bit of song writing and love to encourage students in their own gifts. Served as an Intern/Youth Leader at Pocono Community Church - helped with sermon preparation, media ministry, hospital ministry, and ran the Broadcast Ministry (youth drama team). Served as a Resident Assistant in charge of 40 students at Valley Forge Christian College. Focused on building strong relationships, initiating Bible studies, leadership coaching, administrative duties. Royal Ranger commander for 8 years.In the ministry for over 20 years.
