My career experiences include managing customer & supplier by providing exceptional services and problem solving solutions in a quick manner which do not compromise customer satisfaction. At all of my workplaces, we emphasize and practice first contact resolution whenever if deemed available. My experience includes servicing local customers from retail environments to phone servicing support/live chat around the globe, working round the clock based on shift rotations, handling customer internationally including China and Taiwan etc. Over in Amex, my main core role is to service & grow merchant sales in the Australian network. We have dedicated campaigns and constantly share value propositions to ensure the equal card treatment for Amex cardmembers when they try to spend. Lastly, my professional proficiency includes English, Mandarin and Malay. If needed, Hokkien & Cantonese is an additional language that I speak on a regular basis as well.
