I’m an experienced sales and growth leader with over 25 years of success leading high-performance, cross-functional teams across global ICT markets — including steering an Irish Times Top-100 company. My career has been built on scaling businesses, coaching teams, and driving sustainable commercial growth through consultative, results-focused leadership. In recent years, I stepped away from corporate life to take a intentional career break to deepen my understanding of people, leadership, and performance through formal study. I’ve since completed both a degree and a master’s in psychology, with a focus on work and organisational psychology. Now, I’m exploring purpose-led opportunities where I can combine commercial acumen with psychological insight — whether in people-centred leadership, sales transformation, education, coaching, or as an active investor. I’m particularly energised by opportunities that create meaningful impact through human-centred growth, curiosity, intellectual rigour, and business-savvy thinking.
