About David Hong

I'm a collaborative and motivated professional who enjoys working with organizations to optimize operational efficiency and hire the right talent. In my previous role I worked at Compass Health Center to recruit talent in a variety of industries such as finance, health care, IT, and more. Prior to that - I worked as a strategic management consultant partnering with clients in industries such as consumer goods, power and utilities, financial services and insurance, and health care. I use my improvement-oriented mindset to drive positive change in organizations to improve outcomes for all stakeholders. I analyzed companies to identify areas of improvement, problem solve, and plan and execute to bring sustainable change to the organization. I bring a flexible and critical mind, excellent collaborative abilities, a strong work ethic, and an eagerness to try new solutions to difficult problems.
