About David Julian

As Associate Pastor of Administration at Grace Church at Willow Valley, I serve on the leadership team, guiding operations, staff development, and strategic initiatives that support our mission of making disciples and serving the community of Lancaster County. My work spans financial stewardship, facilities oversight, staff oversight, and church-wide communication systems—helping our ministries run with both excellence and gospel-centered purpose. Previously, I was Resourcing Manager at STRAY Production Services, where I leveraged two decades of worship ministry and organizational leadership to build vendor relationships, design an inventory control system, and create scalable processes for the permanent-install division. Earlier, I spent more than a decade on the Executive Team as Worship Pastor at Grace Community Church of Willow Street, leading worship services, mentoring young leaders, and developing discipleship programs. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Bible/Biblical Studies from Lancaster Bible College | Capital Seminary & Graduate School, and I continue to invest in the arts as a Board Member at Poiema Visual Arts, fostering discipleship and community among Christian visual artists.
