Currently supporting WCS Bolikhamxay Program, based in Lao PDR. Twelve years’ experience in project implementation related to Food Security, integrated rural development and natural resources management. Graduated in agriculture and rural development, specialized in social water management Long term field positions in rural areas (Laos, France, Yemen, Madagascar, Afghanistan) Strong involvement in projects dedicated to the support of small holder’s farmers and rural communities. Key management skills: team leader, financial and administrative management, activities coordination, evaluation and project formulation, Institutional relations and partnerships (policies maker, authorities, donors, institutional partners). Areas of expertise : agricultural extension and development, food security, Conservation, water and natural resources, irrigation system and infrastructures, farming system and practices analysis, agro ecology, land tenure, farmers’ organisation, public/institutional policies.
