In my previous role as Senior Vice President and BenPal product owner at Jardine Lloyd Thomson Canada, I played a pivotal role in leading the development and implementation of a digital flexible benefit administration system, revolutionizing the Canadian marketplace. I hold a Bachelor of Business Administration degree and am a Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS). Additionally, I have obtained a Life License and a certificate in Managing Cyber Security Risk. I have also completed a Post Graduate Certificate in Human Resources, further enhancing my expertise in the field. Beyond my professional endeavors, I am actively involved in the community through Mercer's Good Day initiative, collaborating with the Ottawa Food Bank to make a positive impact. In my personal life, I maintain a strong passion for health and fitness, stemming from my previous experience as a personal trainer. As an avid cyclist, I have successfully completed the challenging 2-day, 360km Rideau Lakes Cycling Tour as well as the 55km Wendigo winter fat bike ultra.
