About David Molfese

As a FOCUS Missionary, I work closely with a team of ten dedicated individuals, engaging with college students to help them grow personally, spiritually, and as leaders. My role involves building a community with college students, fostering meaningful discussions on their relationship with the Lord, and empowering students to realize their unique potential. It's a rewarding opportunity to guide them through both their faith journey and their daily challenges. Prior to this role, I deepened my commitment to ministry by getting involved at my Newman Center, where I led a Bible study during my senior year. For several months, I had the privilege of guiding 5-8 men through scripture, faith discussions, and personal growth. This experience was instrumental in shaping my leadership style—helping me connect more deeply with others, realize their potential early, and encourage physical/spiritual development in a group setting. These experiences have strengthened my ability to lead with compassion, listen intentionally, and empower individuals to recognize their worth and talents. As a missionary, I continue to live out this calling, creating communities of support and transformation on campus.
