I help coach and upgrade the communications skills of leaders, and help organizations manage a crisis or sticky situation. For complete info: My corporate and agency experience extend across a variety of industries and respected brands. I've held senior leadership roles at TD Bank, Tim Hortons and SickKids Foundation and provided executive-level counsel to Bell, Scotiabank, Mastercard, IBM, Intel, Aeroplan, Co-operators, Shopify, Dairy Farmers of Ontario and many others. Coaching and consulting services include: 1. Facilitation/training. My coaching sessions - one-on-one or group - help executives and senior managers improve their leadership communications. Training sessions include media training, presentation skills training and more. In 2019, Schulich School of Business Executive Education added me to their roster of facilitators/trainers. I work hand-in-hand with complex, matrixed organizations to bring down the temperature inside and outside the company. I'm also fortunate to have been involved in my professional community: I taught Leadership Development at Western University for a number of years and am a past advisory board of the Humber College PR Advanced program.
