About David Noganosh
David Noganosh is a Mediator, Negotiator, and Trainer from the Anishinabek Nation, Wolfclan. He is the Principal and Founder of Red Wolf Mediation, a company he founded in February 2012 and is named after his son's spirit name. His firm provides Mediation, Mediation Training, Negotiation, Workplace Restoration, and Facilitation to First Nation communities, Corporations, as well as the Private and Non-Profit Sectors Worldwide. He joined St. Stephen’s Conflict Resolution & Training in 2008 where he was an Associate Mediator and Trainer from 2009 to 2013. St. Stephens Community House utilizes a Transformative Mediation model that stresses interest-based problem-solving. He has also trained extensively with Stitt Feld Handy Group, the Stitt Feld Handy Group delivers training in Principled Negotiation, Mediation, Arbitration, Alternative Dispute Resolution, and communication skills, using the latest adult education techniques. He is currently a member of the ADR Institute of Ontario and is pursuing his Chartered Mediator (C.Med) designation. David was recently selected as Commissioner with the inaugural Anishinabek Nation Tribunal and Commission (ANTC). He took part in a 3-day Adjudication training provided by Osgoode Hall Law School and The Society of Ontario Adjudicators and Regulators.(SOAR) to serve on the Commission. The ANTC will provide Adjudication, Mediation, and Aboriginal Dispute Resolution to 39 First Nations across the province of Ontario. David has mediated numerous organizational, landlord/tenant, community, neighbourhood disputes. He has honed his skills and expertise as a facilitator for many mediation trainings, town hall meetings, and conflict resolution workshops to various stakeholders in the private and non-profit sectors. David has recently been given the designation of Accredited Diversified Facilitator (ADF) by the Diverse Dispute Resolution Institute of Canada.
