A motivated, experienced and successful executive with a track record of growing businesses and leading organizational and industry change.Through exposure to different industries, including Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), household appliances, automotive, transport and B2B services, I have developed new skills and leveraged previous experience to drive change. My involvement in industry bodies, including non-executive leadership of the Australian Tyre Industry Council, has deepened my industry knowledge.Strong professional and personal ethics, intellect, curiosity and a sense of humour underpin how I work. This, coupled with an ability to connect authentically with people, makes me a very effective agent of business transformation. Guided by a strong sense of fairness and a passion to help people succeed makes coaching and mentoring an enjoyable space for me. Seeing people reach their potential at work brings me joy. I am also involved in volunteering with a focus on helping disadvantaged youth reach their potential. Living an active and engaged life fuels my spirit. I have a variety of interest across the arts, sport, nature and current events.
