My journey began long before this role; as a U.S. Army Combat Veteran, I learned the importance of teamwork and resilience—lessons that have shaped my approach to managing complex projects and nurturing talent within my teams. Every day presents an opportunity to build not just homes but communities. During my time as Division Manager, we focused on operational excellence and strategic growth that resulted in delivering over 300 high-quality home sites while maintaining strong relationships with our contractors and clients. By implementing value engineering practices, we were able to reduce costs by 4% without compromising quality—a testament to our commitment to innovation in real estate development. My previous role as Regional VP at Mill Creek Residential Trust allowed me to expand my expertise further while overseeing multiple projects across various locations. I believe that effective leadership is about empowering others. Throughout my career—from being an Area Manager at Ashton Woods Homes to a Regional Vice President at Mill Creek Residential Trust —I’ve prioritized team building and employee development.
