I'm a learning and leadership development professional with over 20 years of experience designing and delivering high-impact programs across global and multicultural contexts. From leading national initiatives in Southeast Asia and Europe to shaping inclusive leadership training for the U.S. Department of State, I’ve consistently worked at the intersection of learning, culture, and organizational effectiveness. I specialize in experiential learning, intercultural engagement, and inclusive facilitation—guiding individuals, teams, and institutions through growth, change, and complexity. Whether designing a two-year training strategy for Peace Corps Volunteers, delivering executive coaching, or launching a DEIA-focused learning initiative, my approach is grounded in curiosity, collaboration, and the belief that learning is a lever for real and lasting impact.
