Over the last ten years, I have strategically managed multiple construction initiatives valued up to $9+ Million per year with Spark Power Corporation. I led these technical construction projects from initial planning through completion, maintaining schedules, budgets and an impeccable safety record. With extensive experience overseeing complex power-supply projects, I understand the urgency, technical and regulatory requirements involved. Before working as a project manager, I led Electrical Instrumentation teams in the Pulp and Paper industry, where once again, leadership, technical oversight and a strong safety focus were paramount. I oversaw paper machine upgrades and maintenance throughout my time in this role and industry, maintaining a record of zero lost time incidents while consistently meeting production and cost control targets. The feedback I’ve been given most often throughout my career is that my ability to build relationships with a wide variety of people and personalities is second to none. My partnerships with leadership, stakeholders, contractors, and team members have enabled me to ensure awareness of project status, communicate with subject matter experts to understand all technical requirements thoroughly and support the teams I guide.
