Responsible for the daily routine of meeting/exceeding all safety standards, meeting/exceeding all production goals through the execution of daily/unsystematic expectations consistently, team building through consistent recognition/rewards efforts, communication and team building exercises. This is accomplished through a team of 5+ exempt leaders and 300+ non-exempt employees. I’ve had 8 years experience in distribution execution from lower level floor associate positions to Assistant General Manager to include process improvement activities through both Kaizen/PDCA/JDI structured events. I’ve had 2 years experience in ICQA Operations to both measure, monitor and drive Quality improvements throughout large scale distribution processes and support Network level initiatives and new site launch support.
