About David Swan

I have considerable experience in a variety of areas including management and sales management of high tech products including but not limited to programmable logic controllers, pneumatic controls and solar panels. I have opened and managed territories, departments, divisions, and a number of successful companies. I spent almost two decades with a small, but growing, access control manufacturing company in a variety of roles, including Sales Engineer, Product Development and National Sales Manager, and I also have over a decade of experience in the Document Management and ECM (Enterprise Content Management) industry. Presently, I’m taking advantage of all my experience to help companies find great talent as Senior Executive Recruiter handling some of the my firm's industry sectors including but not limited to Pulp, Paper and packaging.
