In today’s business world effective Executive Assistants can make enormous contributions to productivity at all levels of the organization. Tennis Canada is a proud member of the International Tennis Federation, the Canadian Olympic Committee and the Canadian Paralympic Committee, and serves to administer, sponsor and select the teams for Davis Cup, Billie Jean King Cup, the Olympic and Paralympic Games and all wheelchair, junior and senior national teams. My position demands strong time management, interpersonal, leadership and teamwork skills to ensure that the CEO and other Directors are supported. I am detail orientated, resourceful, solution-focused with strong problem-solving skills. I manage completing projects; am able to multitask and prioritize effectively. Confident, diplomatic and poised when interacting with individuals at all levels of the organization. I am highly adaptable and flexible and able to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary and multigenerational environment which includes but not limited to Board Members, Executive Management, fellow colleagues, and Community Partner Agencies.
