About David Wallace

I help organizations turn product strategy into consistent, high-quality execution. My background spans Agile coaching, delivery leadership, and product operations. I work with teams and leaders to move beyond fragmented ways of working and build systems that are clear, scalable, and focused on outcomes. That includes everything from coaching executives on how to better support teams to designing the operating models, processes, and tooling that make great product delivery possible. As an Agile Coach, I focus on how work actually gets done. Not just frameworks or ceremonies, but decision-making, flow of work, and team ownership. I partner closely with leadership and teams to remove systemic friction, improve predictability, and create environments where teams can deliver meaningful results with clarity and purpose. From a Product Operations perspective, I bring structure to complexity. I have led efforts to centralize documentation, improve intake and prioritization, and establish operating rhythms that align product, engineering, and business stakeholders. My goal is always the same: make it easier for teams to focus on the right work and deliver it effectively. I have also led and mentored Agile Coaches and Scrum Masters, shaped coaching strategies at the organizational level, and supported high-impact initiatives including API platform transformations and AI-driven product launches. I care deeply about building organizations where people are empowered, expectations are clear, and outcomes matter more than process. The work I do is not about implementing Agile for its own sake. It is about helping teams and companies operate in a way that actually delivers value.
