Extensive knowledge of Instruments:(UPLC/HPLC/GC Headspace/Mass Spectrometer) Super user figure in the laboratory with several Waters Corporation and Agilent Tech. certificates earned for instrument handling and troubleshooting inherent in liquid chromatography, with more than 5 years of experience in replacing and handling UPLC and HPLC replacement parts. Maintenance and cleaning of Sciex mass spectrometers. Basic knowledge of IQ - OQ - PQ (validation tool) protocols. IT knowledge: Management and organization of various databases and compound libraries (Biovia/Dotmatics/Watson LIMS/SAP). Use of laboratory instrumentation management and data analysis software : Analyst, Sciex OS, Xcalibur, Tracefinder, Empower lab management system and BioPharma View GMP Laboratory experience: Quality control analysis on finished products, intermediates and stability conducted through instrumentation such as:(LC/GC/IR/UV/Fluorometer/Karl Fischer/ELSD) and performing bench assays following EU/USP Pharmacopoeia outlined guidelines and methods. Validation methods based on EU Pharmacopoeia.(HPLC/ UPLC/GC). Transfer of validated methods based on EU Pharmacopoeia.
