Junior Event Specialist | Incoming Event Manager In 2023, I completed my studies at the Fondazione ITS Turismo Piemonte, an EQF Level V course as an Incoming Event Manager. This program gave me solid, complete and practical skills to manage every aspect of an event: from planning, to logistics and communication. I am currently working as a Junior Event Specialist in an event agency, with the main focus on the logistical management of projects of different sizes, including medium-to-large events with international guests. Thanks to this experience I’ve developed my key technical skills, such as: • Event planning, including venue scouting and budgeting; • Operational and logistical management, such as rooming lists and suppliers management; • Organizational secretariat; • Logistical and operational assistance before, during, and after events. • Pre, during, and post-event communication with participants through engagement strategies, based on different targets and with different dedicated communications. • Digital event coordination using dedicated platforms • Integration and application of digital tools within physical events What defines me: I’m proactive, curious, and determined. I approach every project with a rational mindset and a strong attention to detail. Some of my key soft skills include: • Strong time management skills • Excellent teamwork skills and open to group projects • Inclination for active listening and empathy • High flexibility and problem-solving mindset What I’m looking for: I’m always open to new opportunities that would allow me to grow professionally, expand my knowledge of the event industry, and take on challenges (even in different contexts than the ones I'm used to). I firmly believe in the value of sharing different experiences and point of views, with the great results coming from working together in dynamic and heterogeneous teams.
