About Davin Gustinando

I am a professional with more than five years of experience in the coal mining industry who is passionate about leadership, management, and self-development, especially in the construction mining industry. I started my career as a Management Trainee in the operational mining area for four years and got promotion to contribute to the management field at the Human Capital, Learning & Academy Division as a specialist learning design for last one year until now. My present responsibility involves designing learning materials and program training to enhance operational employees’ competency, such as: Curriculum path (competency profile, training matrix and learning path), syllabus training, modules, evaluation test and assessment competency. Therefore it requires an understanding of not only the training needs but also all about the business flow. Highly motivated person, hard worker, fast learner, and committed person who experienced in leading and managing a lot of teams and professional events/projects, that create me to become a good planner or controller schedule and processor data to achieve targets.
