A coach and team player, I seek the best overall outcome for the greater good, while motivating others to achieve higher results – whether in business or outside of it, solving one of the world’s pressing problems. My journey has evolved to include significant roles in mission work in recent years. As a Mission Partner with Filter of Hope, I have the privilege of sharing clean water and the gospel with people in desperate need. Leading teams on life-changing mission trips to Latin American countries facing severe water crises has been an incredibly rewarding experience, enabling me to directly contribute to improving lives and spreading hope. I have also partnered with Good Samaritan Ministries to expand their ministry areas to provide much needed water filters to the people of Malawi, Africa. Together these mission areas have been profound experiences, allowing me to combine my faith, leadership skills, and my commitment to making a tangible difference in the lives of others. At the core of my professional journey lies a dedication to leveraging technology for transformative business outcomes across various industries, including financial services, retail, manufacturing, and defense. As a servant leader, my guiding principles revolve around collaboration, optimism, and a relentless pursuit of excellence. Specializing in data center operations, cloud infrastructure, end-user services, and technical operations, my focus is always on ensuring stability, security, and scalability. I am well-versed in leading large teams and managing significant budgets, consistently driving improvements and transformative initiatives. One of the highlights of my career includes transforming the stability of technology platforms from failing to meet SLAs to exceeding them for 33 consecutive months. Additionally, I successfully developed a university recruiting program that has become a company-wide model, and I have led efforts to increase employee engagement by over 30 points within three years. Throughout my career and mission work, I have been driven by a desire to create sustainable solutions and empower others. My combined experiences along with my technical expertise enable me to address challenges from a multifaceted perspective.
