In fact, I am not just a relationship coach, therapist, or educator, but I’m a zealous supporter and co-architect of dreams. Armed with an extensive experience in counseling and education, holding titles such as Licensed Professional Counselor, National Board Certified Counselor, and ICF-Certified Life Coach, and with two graduate degrees under my belt, I possess a profound understanding of human development, group dynamics, and the struggles therein for every human and their basic needs to be seen, heard, and loved. When I am not working my mission outside the home, I am loving and nurturing my family. As a married mom of 3 teens, my life is fast and fun–I am hopping! I practice what I preach by tending to my holistic health. I believe in loving well, communicating well, serving well, and growing well (spiritually, intellectually). I am a CrossFitter, a gardener, a pet owner, and a gelato and espresso enthusiast. I empower you to deepen connections in the relationships you value, have courageous conversations, and rock out legit confidence. This isn’t counseling, it is coaching.
