About Dean Leduc

I am a project manager with a passion for challenging engineering systems. I incorporate my experience as an industrial mechanic, combat engineer officer, economist and in engineering along with my high energy, dedication and excitement to deliver results that are #1. My background as a certified industrial mechanic and along with PLC automation courses has proven to be crucial in undertaking complex systems by integrating simple proven robust solutions to maximize reliability and efficiency. Wether it is oil drilling rigs, chairlifts, open pit mines, recycling plants, steel mills, waste water or simple snowmobile engines; every system has its particularities, exciting challenges and quite surprisingly interchangeable solutions. My training in the armed forces has given me the leadership abilities to adapt to difficult situations, guide interdisciplinary teams and accomplish demanding assignments in high stress situations. As a former troop commander, I have adapted my training and experience from the military to undertake challenging engineering projects with various multidisciplinary teams. It is my combination of field experience along with the education that gives me the aptitude to propose pragmatic solutions within complex problems.
