I have almost 20 years experience working within the FMCG retail sector where currently my role as Key Account Manager I have has helped me develop my commercial, Prior to this I worked on National Accounts where i was lucky enough to work on some of the biggest brands in the biggest accounts in Ireland within a very experienced Sales & Operations team. This has taught me a great deal about account management, administration, and commercial awareness and end to end processes. While my time in Category Insights has helped develop my data extraction, analysis and strategic planning skills as well as a deeper understanding of the grocery market and shopper behaviors. This, along with 17 years as a Retail Sales Assistant, Merchandiser and Sales Representative I gained great experience generating awareness about product ranges to maximise consumer uptake, enhanced market penetration and client base. I am used to working to targets and goals in a fast paced work environment, and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer services, I possess strong retail merchandising skills, exceptional organisational and people management skills while handling diverse customers, efficiently addressing their queries, and consistently providing customers’ with quality service always meeting or surpassing customer expectations.
