In my current role I'm responsible for supervising a large departmental group (Customer Service Representatives, Buyers, Cabinet Shop and Compartment Door Fabricator). I'm also responsible to implement and execute strategies and programs that have been agreed to that support the overall goals of REV Recreation and to ensure seamless and efficient delivery of components as ordered, expected, and needed to support the RV Aftermarket. My supervisor role is a hands on position that is expected to engage in the daily buying and selling activities to support the development of standard operating procedures, assist in resolving critical supply and sales disruptions, and lead the sales and purchasing staff to a high level of performance standards. • Strong analytical, written and oral communication and organizational skills.• Highly motivated professional• Team-oriented person that interacts well with people at all organizational levels.
