The Institute for Performance Improvement trains and certifies facilitators of collaborative performance improvement. The Certified Performance Improvement Facilitator performance standards are the foundation for our training and certification for professionals who guide and support collaborative improvement, innovation, and implementation. This virtual, blended experience supports participants to apply their learning and tools immediately to their chosen complex challenges to earn the Certified Performance Improvement Facilitator (CPIF) certification. The Institute is a sole-source provider of this training and certification. Participants learn with and from each other and form Communities of Practice focused on local state, and regional challenges and opportunities in education, workforce development, economic and community development, and innovation. The Certified School Improvement Specialist standards (CSIS) performance standards are the foundation for our virtual, blended Performance Improvement Facilitator Learning & Performance Journey and job CSIS certification. The Institute develops individuals to apply systematic Human Performance Improvement strategies and master facilitation of internal and external performance improvement. We consult to organizations to improve their abilities to develop and manage the performance of professionals so that their learning and skills transfer to on-the-job performance and achieve the needed results. We help them reduce time to competency and develop systems for employee and organizational performance improvement. We serve as neutral facilitators of collaborative planning, improvement, innovation and improvement across industry sectors. Deb@tifpi.org
