A backstory is like an iceberg – most of it is hidden beneath the surface, but it’s the unseen depths that shape what can be seen’ – Debb Stevens Yes – I created a quote. Who knows? Maybe someone will be inspired by it one day? For me it resonates deeply – our backstory is made up of so much history under the surface that create the person we see today. And today, as Co-Founder of Peak Potential Coaching Co. I am so proud of what is on show! I have successfully led large retail teams and stores for over 15 years and am now using those experiences to help others do the same. My passion has always been the people I work with and supporting them to develop and flourish in their roles and careers. When you work with me, we will focus on your strengths.
