About Debb Stevens

I believe in capacity over capability.Skills can be taught. Systems can be built. But real growth happens when people understand their capacity so they can perform at their peak (not their MAX). I’m the Co-Founder of Peak Potential Coaching Co, where I partner with businesses, leaders and teams to build strong HR foundations, practical strategy and human-centred leadership. As a business consultant and professional facilitator, I design and lead conversations that shift thinking, strengthen teams and create real momentum. Before stepping into consulting, I spent over 15 years leading large retail teams and stores, learning firsthand what it takes to create environments where people don’t just perform, they excel!Alongside consulting, I run The Dance Hall, a line dancing studio built on connection and confidence.Whether I’m in a boardroom or a dance hall, my purpose is the same:To dance with everyone in the room.To meet people where they are, bring them into the rhythm, and help them move forward with clarity and confidence. If you’re building a business, a team, or a culture that actually works for the people inside it, I’d love to be part of the journey.CliftonStrengths:Activator | Positivity | Focus | Competition | Strategic
