Innovative Culinary Director with a vast and experienced career in the hospitality industry, from London to Chicago to the San Francisco Bay Area. Positions I have held include, Corporate Executive Pastry Chef, Executive Chef, Chef Partner. My mission is to create delicious, bespoke and satisfying menus that cater to different tastes and dietary needs, using fresh, local, and seasonal ingredients. I have revamped and expanded a plethora of menus, encompassing global flavors, adding new gluten-free and vegan items, as well as incorporating my British flair and Asian fusion skills. I have made it a priority in my career to foster a culture of collaboration, inclusion, and pride among the staff, ensuring that every task is a memorable and satisfying experience for our clients and guests. I am always eager to learn new techniques, explore new flavors, and challenge myself to deliver the best possible product. Other strengths that I am proficient in include leadership, budgeting and financial experience, and a strong knowledge of health codes and food safety. I hold City and Guilds certification in Culinary Arts and Chef Training from the U.K.
