I am an experienced senior IT professional with experience in IT Services Delivery, Operations Management and Project Management. With experience of managing technical and non-technical staff from a wide cultural background in both the Financial and Governmental industries and in managing processes and services based around the ITIL best practice framework and implementing innovative solutions to meet business directives and strategic goals. I have managed cross functional international teams following formal methodologies for application and infrastructure projects. With both business and technical background, I am focusing on management and governance in IT. In addition, I have a strong knowledge and expertise in Change Management. Within my career I successfully led a number of high profile and complex information technology projects. I have undertaken various leadership roles, primarily responsible for the delivery of new technology and business process improvement throughout national and global regions.
