I have recently been promoted to a Caseworker within Vaccine Damage Payment Scheme in the NHS Business Service Authority. I'm so thrilled with my progression within the business, hoping to achieve so much more and keep colleagues happy and motivated throughout my journey. I have been in the Animal Care Industry for several years now. Customer Service and caring for all animals makes it so much more fulfilling to see a dog walk, dog walking or even to pet sit them whilst their parents go on holidays. The ability to be an advocate for every animal and help them become their best selves is something that I am very passionate about. Now that I have moved on with my career, and have returned to administration work, I am just as happy as I am still giving a great service to customers and that's what counts. Since leaving School that's all I've known, to give the best customer service and to treat everyone just like they are a mystery shopper, you never know who you are dealing with so treat others just how you would want to be treated. I excel myself in everything I do as I take pride and compassion with high standard level of work at all times. I might not be able to talk the talk sometimes but I can certainly walk the walk.
