I am a business-minded person with over 12 years working in Corporate America in the Marketing field, so I know how to streamline the process for you, get you the most money for the sale of your house through Marketing, and get you the best price for your home purchase through negotiating. I am a full-time Realtor; this is what I do and I've been doing this since 2004, so you can count on me to watch out for your best interest. Many of my past clients are repeat clients and I often help their friends and families through similar processes. The market changes all the time, so I keep up by continually training in new areas of real estate.most recent is that I am now a Military Relocation Professional (MRP) along with a Certified Buyer's Agent (CBR,) a Certified Distress Property Expert (CDPE), and I've taken the advanced training for my GRI certification.
