I have almost 20 years of experience of working with people to support them with self esteem, confidence and parenting. I am a certified Master Nlp Coach, a Master NLP in Hypnotherapy and Timeline Therapy™ and a Master Practitioner, helping people to be the best version of themselves! I am trained in TFT(thought field therapy), meditation and sleep techniques. I am able to provide coaching for anyone wishing to gain confidence or has anxiety, for anyone feeling lost and unsure of where to go next in life and support to work towards goals. Coaching to those unsure what steps to take next. I use a variety of tools to support clients to change and move forward in their lives. I can support women through the effects of menopause, especially lack of confidence, lack of identity and lack of purpose. The menopause can often fall hand in hand with our children leaving the family home to study or move to their own home. Often we have elderly family members to take care of, as well. This can all impact on our emotional well being. As women we look after everyone else. Investing in yourself will be the best money you can ever spend. Freedom to look after yourself is crucial.
