Experienced teacher with over 35 years in the classroom. As the Director of a Lutheran Church Early Learning Center I was responsible for hiring, payroll, teacher training, enrolling children, purchasing, and the over-all daily operation. Receptionist/Data entry experience at a bookkeeping and tax office. Held a position of trust as a Manager on Duty (“Key Holder”) at Lifeway Christian Stores. While working at M.D. Anderson in Radiotherapy (1993), I operated a multi-line telephone system, answered and routed all incoming calls for the doctors, interns, technicians, nurses, and administration office staff. I performed administrative duties including faxing, filing, light typing, copying medical files, managing incoming and outgoing mail and delivering files to other doctors in the hospital. I was responsible for the office equipment maintenance and maintained the office supply inventory. A responsible individual with exceptional background in customer relations. Proven ability to solve problems and utilize creative thinking. Team player with an adept ability to brainstorm as well as take a leadership role. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Competent “people person” with strong work ethic. Have a positive, cheerful disposition.
