I'm passionate about transforming organizations and programs to support health and well-being through innovative public health models. With a foundation in behavioral and public health research, full certification in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction from Brown University, innovative grantmaking experience with nonprofit and faith-based organizations, I thrive at the intersection of evidence-based programs, health equity, grantmaking, strategic communications, trauma-informed care, and compassionate leadership. I lead cross-sector collaborations and programs focused on improving health outcomes, strengthening organizations with cost-effective approaches to health and well-being, particularly reducing the impacts of toxic stress and burnout.
