Focus is on understanding the negotiation process and the development of win-win negotiation skills. Based on a solid understanding of the day-to-day issues and challenges facing businesses today, coupled with the intricacies of workforce and corporate learning, the professionals at bc & j solutions customize each program to meet the needs of each client, division or business unit therein to best address its needs.
