I am a passionate and result oriented HR professional interested in building business focused HR strategies for people and processes. In my career, I had the opportunities to play different roles in the areas of Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partnering and Regional Site HR Lead. I am happy to have worked with multinational organizations that has given me abundant opportunities to experience the multi-faceted world of Human Resources Management. Some of the verticals of my diverse experience consists of leadership consultation, Site leadership, Employee Engagement and Policy & Process re-engineering. I also have exposure and experience at driving various Talent Functionalities like Change management, HR Operations/Shared Services, Talent Development & Career Planning, Performance Management & Competency Assessment, Statutory Compliance, MIS & Reporting, Training & Coaching, Employee Relations and Grievance Redressal. I like to invest time in self-learning. I am certified from HRCI in OD, C&B and L&D. In near future, I am considering certification like Coach & Organizational Behavior Psychology to support leadership and organization to achieve its objectives There are wide range of activities that I enjoy doing. I love adventurous sports, scuba diving, and trekking. Also, I am passionate about traveling, music and photography.
