Responsible for Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Planning (QCDP), contract and claim management, and project performance monitoring (KPIs). Managing a team of three engineers on the Eurotunnel and ENR projects, overseeing technical and project execution aspects. Previous Experience: Until January 2024: V&V Manager for ERTMS onboard projects. 2020 – 2023: Responsible for ETCS Verification & Validation activities for trainborne projects. 2017 – 2019: Specialized in Interoperability (Subset v1.1.0 & v3.0.0) Validation, working with major onboard and trackside suppliers (Alstom, Siemens, Bombardier, Ansaldo, Thales, Mermec, etc.), mainly for projects such as SBB (Switzerland), Dakar, and Stadler SE. 2013 – 2017: Verification & Validation Engineer for ETCS trainborne and trackside subsystems in multiple Alstom projects based in Charleroi. 2009 – 2013: Integration & Validation Manager for Alstom ATS (CBTC-based) product, supporting the modernization of São Paulo metro lines 1-2-3.
