I’m an ICF-certified Executive Coach (PCC) with nearly a decade of experience helping senior leaders and high-potential talent navigate complexity, grow with confidence, and lead with greater clarity and authenticity. I’ve coached hundreds of professionals across Fortune 500 companies, startups, and mission-driven organizations—including leaders at Meta, Google, Microsoft, Disney, Salesforce, Nordstrom, and BMW. My coaching focuses on leadership effectiveness, emotional intelligence, communication, decision-making, stakeholder management, and navigating change. Prior to coaching full-time, I ran an international spa business, led marketing for award-winning wellness brands, and mentored other coaches through iPEC’s certification program.
