I have one of the highest rates of repeat and referral business in the industry. My clients bring me back - there is no higher endorsement. I hold the title of Certified Speaking Professional (CSP), a designation awarded to fewer than 10 percent of professional speakers. I'm also a certified virtual presenter. My programs are filled with humor and interactive components and address issues such as dealing with change, communicating effectively, staying motivated and motivating others, and delivering amazing customer service. I offer customized training programs for a wide variety of clients. My infectious enthusiasm motivates the unmotivated and challenges the challenged. Consider yourself warned: FireStar programs are five-alarm scorchers!
