About Denislava Teltscher

Leader with 12 years of strategic and operational experience in the paper and packaging industry. Developed through roles as first line manager in a plant to leading complex projects on a regional level. The diversity of roles I have taken in operations and supply chain management, post-merger integration, HR and strategic programmes have proven my leadership style to achieve results by involving and empowering the teams I work with. Since 2016 working as a leader of strategic change programmes (OWN IT, Technical trainings, PACE, SKU standardisation project) for the East Europe Region. These positions enabled me to build a strong network within the region as well as in the wider DS Smith organisation which is an important asset in problem solving and good practices exchange. Furthermore, this experience positioned me as a trusted leader of change and gave me the opportunity to work with Sales, Marketing and Innovation, Operations, HR and Finance teams. In September 2022 I successfully graduated from WU EA from the Professional MBA Finance programme. The Finance MBA complements my strong operational/engineering background resulting in a broad business perspective. Currently I am taking the role of Regional Operational Excellence Manager for 17 countries within Central and East Europe.
