The emphasis of Life-Spring Coaching in the upcoming months will be Life, Executive, Organizational Coaching. This could be coaching an individual personally, an Executive (personally as well) with the major focus on the Executive "ECLIPSING" their present leadership results, a TRANSFORMATION, that which t has QUANTIFIABLE RESULTS in each of the cases mentioned above. Dr. Sharp has earned Certification as a Professional Coach with an extensive one year, 5 star training program. Simultaneously he studied and earned a PhD with emphasis on TRASFORMATINAL PSYCHOLOGY an approach the seeks out the fundamental " Nature or "Spirit" of the Client and then through this knowledge instill these new ways of seeing things from a higher place much like a "VERY WISE WITNESS" hovering above and viewing differently with a greater purpose. Very importantly Dr. Sharp has been an Executive himself as CEO of several companies, one of which was the largest mortgage bank in California with a national scope. Many companies Dennis created de-novo bringing in all the talent, established all company policy etc. At one time Mr. Sharp lead near 300 executives and associated with a national focus. He was involved in the merger of 2 giant mortgage companies. When asked about what Dennis did, his response is always proudly "That he Lead" Organizations and sees himself in a LEADERSHIP capacity as well as the organization's people and machinery to be "the best they could be." Again getting to the UNDERLYING SPIRIT THAT UPLIFTS all those involved. The camaraderie of his people was palpable and a joy to see according to one investment banker observed when visiting Dennis.
