About Deondre Hunt

As a Safety Manager and U.S. Army veteran, I bring a mission-driven approach to protecting people, property, and communities. My career has been built on a foundation of service — from the military to law enforcement to my current role leading safety and security operations. During my years in law enforcement, I gained extensive experience in gang investigations, K9 operations, and crisis response, including serving as a hostage negotiator. These roles allowed me to develop specialized skills in investigation, tactical support, and conflict resolution while working to build safer, stronger communities. Today, I apply that knowledge and leadership experience at Valor Protection Safety Agency, where I oversee field operations, officer development, and safety protocols across multiple sites. I work closely with schools, businesses, and community leaders to create secure environments and ensure that every officer under my guidance has the tools and training needed to succeed. The values instilled through my **Army service and law enforcement career—discipline, integrity, and accountability—*continue to guide my work. My mission is to mentor safety professionals, strengthen operational strategies, and foster partnerships that help protect what matters most
