About Taylor Broughton

As the Partnerships Director at Valor Protection Safety Agency, I serve at the intersection of strategy, service, and community. I lead with the conviction that every partnership we build is not just an opportunity — it's a responsibility. My work is rooted in aligning our agency’s elite safety and security services with the unique needs of property managers, school systems, municipalities, and mission-driven organizations. I focus on cultivating long-term, values-based relationships that strengthen communities, reinforce trust, and deliver measurable results. I believe partnerships should be more than contracts — they should be catalysts for transformation. My role is to understand what keeps our partners up at night and deliver proactive, high-integrity solutions that elevate safety and peace of mind. Whether we’re supporting a multi-site residential portfolio, piloting a school safety initiative, or developing custom community outreach strategies, I ensure that every collaboration reflects Valor Protection’s unwavering commitment to excellence, professionalism, and accountability. I take pride in designing win-win frameworks — partnerships where every stakeholder thrives. Through strong communication, follow-through, and a deep respect for our clients’ missions, I help our agency scale with intention while honoring the humanity and urgency at the core of public safety. In every relationship, my goal is simple: to make Valor Protection not just a vendor, but a trusted partner and extension of your team.
