I am a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and a Project Management Professional (PMP), with expertise in Stage Gate methodologies and change management strategies. I manage complex and cross-functional projects that align with Thermo Fisher Scientific's strategic objectives and deliver value to the stakeholders.
