About Derek Moss

Geopolitical expert and leader with 16 years of experience in conducting in-depth research, data analysis, public policy assessments, risk assessments, program management, emergency management, and framing strategic priority requirements for international, federal, state, county, and city administrations. Additionally, I am a member of the US Intelligence Community (IC)- and I am skilled in counterintelligence (CI) analysis, all-source intelligence analysis, geospatial intelligence (GEOINT) analysis, and information assurance management. The Balkans and Eastern Europe are my geographical areas of expertise. Furthermore, I am a US Army Reserve officer attached to the United Nations detachment of United States Forces Korea (USKF). I am experienced in coordination with US partner nations, European Union administration, and US House of Representatives. I have deployed to the Balkans, Eastern Europe, Western Europe, and Afghanistan - all in direct support of intelligence gathering operations and policy research.
