About Derek Omar Alderbas

Ever since I was a child, project management has been my passion. I still remember how I managed my brother's business without any knowledge of project management. It was fascinating and I started creating my own projects in the retail and wholesale businesses. This taught me how to lead, not only to manage. This passion carried me through my education where I learned more about project management. I studied languages and still taking courses in this field to improve, all with pretty much the same fascination that drove me as a child. And everyday I learn truly how much there is still to learn. I am energetic, ambitious person who has developed a mature and responsible approach to any task I undertake, or situation I am presented with. I am self-confident and excellent in working with others to achieve a certain objective on time and with excellence. Working with many teams enabled me to develop strong communication skills as well as presentation skills.
