About Derrick Whitfield

Diversity is my true skill set. As a prior military member I learned to adapt to any given situation and integrate the skills needed to lead and/or follow, but more importantly to develop myself and those around me to pursue the highest standards of success. After my honorable discharge from the military, I have used these same skills to work in many different professional atmospheres as I have personally grown from a worker to accomplished manager and leader. I have learned to thrive in the harshest of business environments, while helping to develop startup companies and reclaim failing companies into productive businesses using practical ideas and professional strategies. People endow a company to be powerful and successful, but its leaders must first lead the people to an understanding of the business objectives and goals. My road to this knowledge and understanding has not been easily traveled or given to me, but earned through my personal and professional mistakes and development. I strive to bring that experience and knowledge to any business environment and use it to help contribute to an overall successfulness of any organization.
